• Valuation inputs — the business and financial information you enter into the valuation form, such as stage, sector, revenue, margins, and growth figures.
• Payment references — references for wallet top-ups, such as a UPI or bank transaction reference. We do not collect or store full card or bank account details.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated information about how the site is used, collected through Vercel Analytics.

• To create and manage your account.
• To generate your valuation reports and make them available in your dashboard.
• To process wallet top-ups and maintain your balance.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability and accuracy of the service.

• To generate a valuation, the inputs you submit are sent to our artificial-intelligence provider, Anthropic, for processing.
• Your inputs are used solely to produce your report. They are not used to train artificial-intelligence models.

• Account data and valuation records are stored in our database, hosted on Supabase, and are encrypted at rest.
• Generated PDF reports are kept in private storage that is accessible only to you and to our systems.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share information only with the service providers who help us operate Valtroz — currently our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic), and our deployment and analytics provider (Vercel) — and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
• We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

• We retain your account and report data for as long as your account remains active.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@valtroz.com. We will action the request within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to your account. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the site. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
