Terms of Service

• Valtroz produces an AI-generated indicative valuation range based on the inputs you provide.
• It is not a registered or certified valuation under the Companies Act 2013, the Income Tax Act 1961, FEMA, the IBBI regulations, the SEBI regulations, or any other legal or regulatory framework.
• It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• Valtroz outputs are intended for internal planning, self- benchmarking, and preliminary discussion only. For any statutory, regulatory, or transaction purpose you must engage an IBBI-registered valuer or another suitably qualified professional.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Valtroz runs the inputs you submit through multiple valuation methods and returns a Low / Likely / High range together with a downloadable report.
• Each valuation generation is charged at the price shown before you confirm (currently ₹999 per report). Re-downloading a report you have already generated is free; editing your inputs and generating again is charged as a new report.
• We may change or improve features, valuation methods, and pricing over time. Material changes will be reflected on the site.

• Valtroz uses a prepaid wallet. You add credit to your wallet using the payment method we communicate to you, and each valuation generation debits your wallet balance.
• Wallet credits do not expire.
• If a valuation fails to generate because of an error on our side, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet balance.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as required by law.

When using Valtroz, you agree not to:

• access the service through automated means, scrape it, or attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to it;
• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying valuation methodology or source code;
• present a Valtroz output as a registered or certified valuation; or
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We apply rate limits and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

• You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the reports generated for you, and you may use your reports freely for your own purposes.
• Stolvix retains all rights in the Valtroz platform, software, valuation methodology, and branding.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Valuation outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and generalised industry benchmarks. They may contain errors or omissions and may differ materially from any actual valuation of your company.
• You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on it.

• The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stolvix and its team, affiliates, and technology partners accept no liability for any decision made or action taken on the basis of a Valtroz output, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to that claim.

• You may stop using Valtroz at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm to us or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Valtroz after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
